The San Antonio Bar Association will hold its 51st Annual Criminal Law Institute in San Antonio April 11-12 2014. Dedicated to the late District Judge A.A. Semann who was a legal scholar extraordinaire, organizing many of the first seminars. This year’s event will be moderated by: John Convery, Robert Price and Mark Stevens.
This CLE program is designed to provide judges and counsel with scholarly and comprehensive presentations on important issues. Co-sponsored by the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association and the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association, this year’s institute continues a long tradition of providing valuable information on key topics.
Gerald Goldstein and Donald Flanary will both be lecturing at this event on Friday, April 11.
Gerry’s presentation on “Supreme Court Review” will be from 8:30am-9:30am and will provide 1.0 hours of CLE credit.
Don’s presentation on “Cell Phone Surveillance & Searches” will be from 4:00pm – 5:00pm and will provide 1.0 hours of CLE credit.
