Gerry Goldstein Inducted Into TCDLA Hall of Fame
San Antonio criminal defense attorney Gerry Goldstein was inducted into the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association Hall of Fame June 7, 2002, for his extensive career in the legal profession. Goldstein graduated from the University of Texas law school in 1968 after doing undergraduate work at Tulane University and was named outstanding criminal defense attorney by the State Bar of Texas in 1991. He is also a past president of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Those chosen to be inducted into the Hall of Fame are elected by the peers and colleagues. Others inducted into the Hall of Fame that day were: the late Knox Jones, of McAllen; Judge Frank Maloney, of Austin; the late Les Proctor, of Austin; and J. Douglas Tinker, of Corpus Christi.
