Gerry Goldstein Represented NACDL in Opposition of HR Hubbard v. United States
Gerry Goldstein, president of National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, wrote a letter stating the organization opposed HR Hubbard v. United States, saying there is no need to expand prosecutorial power. In the letter, published on June 30th, 1995, Goldstein said the resolution would trivialize the federal crime code, granting prosecutors an unfair advantage over their adversaries.
